About Brittany

Brittany Goving has been a widely respected full-time member of the Ottawa real estate industry since 2010. After more than 175 successful sales, her track record remains spotless, a record she attributes to always placing her clients’ interests ahead of her own, providing attentive one-on-one service and knowing the contracts and procedures extremely well. She worked for five years with Keller Williams Ottawa Realty, winning several awards including Rookie of the Year. She has worked for Remax Core Realty since 2015 and has been a member of the 100% club every year since. The 100% Club recognizes associates who earned $100,000 to $249,999 in gross commissions in any calendar year. She was also given an Outstanding Achievement award for coming in third place for individual GCI (gross commission income) in her brokerage for 2015.

Brittany’s real estate career includes considerable experience in both rural and urban properties and she is a residential investor of properties throughout the Ottawa area herself.

Brittany attended the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management where she studied Marketing before earning a degree in Business. An active member of the community, Brittany fosters dogs and horses for several Ottawa area rescues. She donates a portion of every commission towards sponsoring an animal in need. She is plays mom to her two kids, Leo and Willa, and several four-legged critters of the canine, feline and equine variety (including one three-legged cat).

Brittany helps people buy and sell real estate like other realtors. That’s what she does. She prefers to think of herself as a lifestyle designer, which simply means she helps people design and create the life that they want through buying and selling real estate. It’s not just a transaction to her, she’s helping people in a major transition in their lives.
